Tomorrow Holds and It’s Great

My husband and I had an interesting discussion last night about the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the son of God, our Saviour.

We concluded that let’s assume the bible was written by someone, like we would write a novel. Let’s assume the names, events and every detail in the bible is a fiction. We would rather believe this fiction than see what the “otherside” holds.

If I have seen, read and been told over and over again that there are 2 ways. One good and One bad. If I walk in the good path, I inherit eternal life. If I walk in the bad path, I lose my soul. See, I would rather inherit eternal life than lose my soul. So this is a decision we have made and a decision we remind ourselves and our children of everyday of our lives and not only during Easter.

However, Easter particularly reminds me of the access I have to Christ. It reminds me of my rights as one Christ died for, and above all, that I see today, yet do not know what tomorrow holds but have access to tomorrow, God, through His son, Jesus Christ.

This is not a time to preach to you. I am sure by now you have made a decision and I sincerely hope it is a decision to have nothing, but eternal life.

This is a time to remind you that tomorrow will be great. Live in this moment, learn from this moment, do not be reckless with the opportunities you are given today to make tomorrow great. If you do not have to learn so you can unlearn it, why learn it in the first place? If you do not have to fall before you rise, why allow yourself fall? If you have to learn or fall, let a thorough evaluation of your experience be your best teacher. Have patience, be grateful for every second as the time ticks and see that tomorrow is good. I say this because that is the desire of the Almighty, He sent His son to wipe your tears, to heal your broken heart, to teach you to forgive and not to look back at what happened yesterday so you could dwell on them but to focus on the Author and Finisher of your faith and see that Tomorrow is great.

So, say thank you to yesterday and today and declare that oh My Tomorrow, hear me……

You shall be great, beautiful and when I face challenges, today shall remind me that I confessed with great conviction that Tomorrow is Great.

Happy Easter and lots of love

Hannah.

I love writing, singing, cooking, reading and I enjoy life. I believe that life comes in seasons and these seasons could be challenging, discouraging, joyful and when you find yourself in any of this season, embrace it, learn from it, and above all, never ever give up..
